Church Contact Info

Visitors to your website can click the tab that says "Contact Us." Here's what it looks like on the model website. When someone wants to leave a message, they enter their name and email address along with their message and the message is sent to you by email.

Note that on the there is a "Category" field on the contact form. One says "Other" and the other says "Prayer Request." Let me know if you want to just have one form, or if you want to have more. Assuming these two suffice, you need to tell me the following for each one:

For "Other":

  • The email address of one or more recipients at your church who will get the message.
  • The text of a message that will be sent back immediately to the sender acknowledging the request. The default text is: "Thank you for contacting us. We will respond as quickly as possible."

For "Prayer Request":

  • The email address of one or more recipients at your church who will get the message.
  • The text of a message that will be sent back immediately to the sender acknowledging the request. The default text is: "Friend - Although there may be a short delay in your message receiving me, know that the work of Spirit has no delay at all. Spirit sees you whole, healthy and joyful. Thank you for contacting me, I will respond as quickly as possible. - Rev Smith"

To summarize, for each form, I need to know who at your church gets the message and what you want to say in the automatic reply.
