Baaseiah, ba'-a-se-iah (Heb.)--work of Jehovah; Jehovah's creation; labor of Jah.

A Levite from whom Asaph was descended (I Chron. 6:40).

Meta. The knowledge of Jehovah as king (Malchijah, father of Baaseiah) brings forth the work of Jehovah, which Baaseiah represents, love's pressing or blending together thoughts of Truth (Baaseiah was of the Israelitish tribe of Levi, and Levi refers to the love faculty in man), resulting in a Godlike or perfect state of being (Michael, Baaseiah's son) .
