Metaphysical meaning of Nezib (mbd)
Nezib, ne'-zib (Heb.)--set; placed; prefect; overseer; officer; military station; garrison; post; pillar; pedestal; base; statue; idol.

A city in the lowland of Judah (Josh. 15:43)

Meta. A subconscious group of thoughts (a city in the lowland of Judah), founded in order, dominion, strength, and stability (set, placed, overseer, garrison, pillar, pedestal, base). This firm foundation is realized by means of praise and prayer (Judah); all that is of personal force and of a lifeless and idolatrous nature (statue, idol) is thus eliminated from the consciousness.
