Shallum, shal'-lum (Heb.)--completion; perfection; restoration; peace; prosperity; gift; reward; restitution; recompense; requital; retribution; punishment.

There were several Israelites by this name (II Kings 15:10; 22:14- and others).

Thoughts belonging to the real in man (Israelites), that pertain to the law of cause and effect, giving and receiving, sowing and reaping (recompense, perfection, peace, reward, retribution, punishment). "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
