Metaphysical meaning of Jaaziel (mbd)
Jaaziel, jå-a'-zi-el (Heb.)--whom God consoles; God will comfort; God will strengthen; God will determine.

A Levite of the second degree, appointed as one of the musicians who accompanied the priests that brought the Ark to Jerusalem, in David's reign (I Chron. 15:18).

Meta. The Spirit of God in the individual, working through love, harmony, life, joy, and all that pertains to music and to the love consciousness, to strengthen one in the knowledge of God's good will to man (God will comfort, God will strengthen, God will determine). This good will causes man to realize and demonstrate his inner spiritual perfection--the truth of his being. (The Ark symbolizes the inner spark of divinity that ever remains in each individual, and David's bringing the Ark to Jerusalem denotes one's giving this divine spark its rightful place in the consciousness.)
