A strong, spiritually enlightened, directive, cherishing (vision of God, God points the way, God scatters the early rain), ruling thought belonging to the zeal faculty in individual consciousness (a chief man of Issachar), that has its foundation in Spirit and receives its impetus from Spirit (founded by God, constituted by God).
