Metaphysical meaning of En-hazor (mbd)

Metaphysical meaning of En-hazor (mbd)
En-hazor, en-ha'-zôr (Heb.)--fount of Hazor; inclosed fountain, i.e., walled in; fountain of the court; village fountain; fount of the verdant field; fount of the stronghold.

A fortified city of Naphtali (Josh. 19:37)

Meta. Cleansing life--the stronghold and defense of the strength center (Naphtali) in man's consciousness. Purity increases strength; the fountain of divine life springing up in man's consciousness is a purifying quality as well as a resurrecting, revitalizing quality (see Zech. 13:1). Until man reaches a certain degree of unfoldment his life expression is seemingly limited (inclosed fountain, i.e., walled in) because of his narrow, ignorant views of life. However, as man gains greater and clearer understanding he comes forth into unlimited strength and fruitfulness of expression (fount of the verdant field, fount of the stronghold).
