Metaphysical meaning of Izrahite (mbd)
Izrahite, iz'-ra-hite (fr. Heb.)--of or belonging to Zerah.
Shamhuth the Izrahite was captain of the course of twenty-four thousand that served King David in the fifth month of each year (I Chron. 27:8). An Izrahite was a descendant of Judah's son Zerah.
Meta. A thought springing from and belonging to that in consciousness which Zerah signifies. (See ZERAH and SHAMHUTH.)
