Metaphysical meaning of Shuham (mbd)

Metaphysical meaning of Shuham (mbd)
Shuham, shu'-ham (Heb.)--sinking; bowing down; depression; humility; desperation; well digger; pie digger.

Son of Dan (Num. 26:42). In Genesis 46:23, he is called Hushim.

Meta. A very lowly, depressed tendency in the judgment faculty in individual consciousness (bowing down, humility, depression, pit digger, a man of Dan, Dan meaning a judge and signifying the judgment faculty in man). In Shuham we find the natural reaction to the great acceleration of thought activity that Hushim signifies. (See HUSHIM.)
