Ron Johnson, a Licensed Unity Teacher from Oak Park, Illinois shared the following in January 2023:

Hi Mark, my name is Ronald Johnson, of Chicago, IL. I had the honor, privilege, and blessing to have met the Reverend in the early 1980's in New Orleans, Louisiana. I was recently employed with the U.S. Air Force Reserves at Belle Chasse, La., and on weekends I would visit the various Unity churches in the greater NOLA metropolitian area in search of a spiritual church home when I net the reverend.

At that time I believed she was a recent ordained minister new to the area and as a graduate of Unity School of Religious Studies she was in the process of beginning a church/center in her home. From there on along with a couple others we began what was the Unity Universal Wings of Truth Church. It was the best memory of my iife to be associated with such an amazing, powerful and dynamic woman. I believe her career before Unity was in nursing.

Thank you for the opportunity to revisit my most treasured memory for such a loving daughter of God.

In Spirit of Truth,

Ron Johnson, LUT, Unity Church of Oak Park, Oak Park, Illinois.
