Tibhath, tib'-hath (Heb.)--extensive level; security; tranquillity; confidence; safety

A city of Hadarezer, king of Zobah (I Chron. 18:8). This city is called Betah in II Samuel 8:8.

Meta. An enlarging of one's consciousness of equity, of fairness, of justice, or order (extensive level); also peace, confidence, and trust (security, tranquillity, confidence, safety), but especially on the material plane at first.
