Metaphysical meaning of Jeribai (mbd)

Metaphysical meaning of Jeribai (mbd)
Jeribai, jer'-i-bai (Heb.)--for whom Jehovah pleads; whom Jehovah defends; for whom Jah strives; contention; strife; a quarrelsome adversary.

One of David's mighty men (I Chron. 11:46), son of Elnaam.

Meta. The assurance of love (David) that our justice comes from the Lord and He will regulate all our affairs. When we know Truth and abide by it we do not have to contend with seeming adversaries within or without. We only need to turn them over to the Lord, the divine law of justice, and to declare the Truth, while Spirit adjusts our life and fights our battles for us.
