Ishma, ish-må (Heb.)--high; elevated; upright; brilliant; marvelous; laid waste; desolation; ruin.

A descendant of Judah (I Chron. 4:3). He was a son of the "father" or founder of Etam.

Meta. Ishma reveals the outcome of Truth expressed in one's consciousness and life; it also reveals the result of giving way to thoughts and activities such as those which are symbolized by Etam. (See ETAM.)
