Metaphysical meaning of Dimon (mbd)
Dimon, dl'-mon (Heb.)--pining; wasting away; consumed; languished; river course, i.e., channel eroded by water.
Isaiah mentions the "waters of Dimon" (Isa. 15:9). Dimon is thought to be the same place as Dibon.
