Metaphysical meaning of Beon (mbd)
Beon, be'-on (Heb.) -- habitation; dwelling; refuge.
The same city as Baal-meon (Num. 32:3). In Hebrew, "b" and "m" have virtually the same sound and are often confused. Beon should have been rendered by the early Hebrew copyists as "Meon," a contraction of Baal-meon.
Meta. See BAAL--MEON.
