Sheshai, she'-shai (Heb.)--whitish; wearer of fine linen; free; noble; princely.

A son of Anak the giant. He was driven from Hebron and was killed by Caleb and the men of Judah (Josh. 15:14; Judg. 1:10).

Meta. The high esteem in which the reasonings of the intellect functioning in sensate thought are held by the individual who is unawakened spiritually (free, noble, princely, whitish). (See ANAK, AHIMAN, and TALMAI.)
