The Most Articulate Presenter of Unity Teachings
Hi Friends -
Lowell Fillmore was, according to Neal Vahle, the organizer and spiritual leader of the Unity Movement during it’s years of explosive growth and, without him, the movement would have remained confined primarily to Kansas City. He quotes James Dillet Freeman saying that Unity School’s vast expansion took place because Lowell ran Unity’s business “in a way that few businessmen might recognize as business-like.”
What I have to offer here is a glimpse of Lowell Fillmore as the most articulate presenter of Unity teachings. Lowell Fillmore was a master of the five-minute message. Phil White says that his messages in Weekly Unity were more widely read than Unity Magazine, or any of his father's books, because readers found the teaching easier to grasp.
Unity has published several books that contain Lowell Fillmore’s messages in Weekly Unity. My intention is for all of them to be available here. As they are digitized, I will put the individual chapters here so you can easily scroll and open them. Each chapter will have a downloadable PDF and audio recording for auditory learners and those with vision impairment.
