On December 1, 2024 we switched our system for online giving to Neon One, a nonprofit management system used by many notable nonprofit organizations, including Unity Worldwide Ministries. Any recurring donations in the old system (setup before December 1, 2024) needs to be replaced using this new system. This new system has several advantages: (1) The Paypal option is incorporated into this new system, and (2) you will be able to login to TruthUnity’s “client portal” to start and stop payments, change and update credit cards, see your year-to-date giving and have access to other things. Paypal donors, please note: while this system incorporates an option to use Paypal, it will not allow you to setup a recurring donation using Paypal. There are technical reasons for this, but the most important reason for you is the difficulty many people have in stopping recurring donations using Paypal. Once submitted, TruthUnity does not have access to stop them. They are setup by you and must be stopped by you. Again, if you have questions, contact mark@truthunity.net.
Regarding tax deductability: TruthUnity Ministries is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational ministry established in the state of Texas on September 1, 2013 and recognized by the IRS as a non-profit educational ministry in July 2014. Click here to learn more about TruthUnity.
A note about the TruthUnity financial information: I believe that there is too little transparency today in Unity ministries. Here is our our current and past Giving and Receiving reports and our Income Statements for current (Year to Date), 2023, 2022 and 2021 with links to the IRS 990 return. The expenses are those directly related to producing TruthUnity; the received donations are those sent to me as love offerings; and the tithes are those that probably would not have been made if not that the the recipient inspired, affirmed or blessed TruthUnity in some way.
