Here is what I need (copy and paste this in an email and complete the info):
- To know your domain name and for it to point to my nameserver (see Your Website Address)
- To know your policy on comments: allow comments, prohibit comments, put comments in a queue for review
- The text of your first entry for your homepage. You can change it later. Give me a paragraph or two that welcomes people to your website. Another option is to give me the text of your latest newsletter (see Homepage Content)
- A paragraph or two that introduces your church ... it's history and it's mission/vision statement (see Who We Are)
- The name, email address and password of the persons who will be able to login and change content (see Our Members). At least one of these need to be the Church Editor. Let me know if the others are Editors or just Authenticated Users.
- Tell me if you want to have an on-line directory page (see Our Members)
- State if you want to have a "Meet Our Minister" page. If so, I will need a paragraph or two of text and links to photographs (see Picasa for info on photos).
- If you want to have a church calendar, you will need to give me the code that links to your calendar (see Google Calendar)
- If you want a contact page, I will need the email address of the person at your church who will be the recipient of emails to the church and I will need the text you want sent back to acknowledge receipt of their inquiry or prayer request (see Church Contact Info)
- Send me the name and email address of the person at your church who will update the information for your church on Find a Unity Church (see Find a Unity Church).
- Also, send me a list of any corrections that need to be made on Find a Unity Church before we launch your site.
- If you want a mailing list, let me know if you want to setup the account on Mailchimp or if you want to use my account. If we use my account, I need to know the name and email address of the person who will appear as the sender of church emails (see Mailchimp).
- If you have any video uploaded to Youtube, give me the code to embed this on your site (see Youtube).
- If you have photos uploaded to Picasa or Flickr, or any albums on these sites, send me the code to embed (see Picasa).
- If you want your tweets to appear, send me the code to embed your Twitter widget (see Twitter).
- If you want sound clips to appear, send me the code to embed the Utterli widget (see Utterli).
